Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This Policy explains what personal data [Company Legal Name] collects through FX Growing, how we use and protect it, and your rights. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), identity/KYC documents where required, deposit-proof images, transaction and ledger records, your position in the referral/placement structure, and technical data such as IP address and device/user-agent for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use it
To operate the wallet and income engine, verify payments, enable withdrawals, meet legal, regulatory (including KYC/AML) and anti-fraud obligations, provide support, and secure the platform. Money movements are recorded in an immutable ledger and audit log for integrity and defensibility.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (operating your account), to comply with legal obligations (KYC/AML, tax, record-keeping), and for our legitimate interests in securing the platform and preventing fraud.
4. Storage, security & retention
Data is stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase/Postgres and private object storage) with access controls, encryption in transit, and administrator audit logging. Financial and audit records are retained as required by law and for defensibility. Rejected deposit-proof images are deleted automatically after a retention period once they are no longer needed.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, storage, error monitoring), and with regulators, law enforcement or courts where legally required or to prevent fraud.
6. Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Right-to-erasure is reconciled with our append-only records: your profile can be pseudonymized while the immutable financial ledger and audit log are retained for legal and defensibility reasons.
7. Contact & grievances
For privacy questions, access/correction requests, or complaints, contact [privacy@example.com] / [address]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate to the relevant authority in Nepal.
