Risk Disclosure

This disclosure describes key risks of participating in FX Growing. It is important. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are unsure.
1. No guaranteed outcome
Participation carries risk. Figures shown in the app are governed by a configurable platform economy and are illustrative only — they are not a promise, guarantee, or forecast of profit. Returns may change or stop, including on reaching the 3× lifetime cap.
2. Regulatory context
Deposit-taking and multi-level income structures are regulated in Nepal (including by Nepal Rastra Bank and under BAFIA). The platform is operated as a software and record-keeping system. You are responsible for understanding and meeting your own tax and legal obligations arising from your participation.
3. Manual verification & timing
Deposits and withdrawals are verified and paid by humans and may take time. Keep your payment references and proofs. Credits are provisional until recorded on the ledger, and payouts occur only after administrator review.
4. Early exit
Withdrawing an investment within the early-exit window incurs a penalty on the principal; the remainder is returned to your withdrawable balance. Exiting early therefore reduces the capital and future earnings associated with that investment.
5. Liquidity & platform risk
The platform relies on the solvency of the operator and on third-party infrastructure. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our control. Your ability to withdraw depends on account status, KYC, applicable limits, and review outcomes.
6. KYC/AML & account holds
To meet legal obligations we verify identity and may review, hold, freeze, or report transactions or accounts (for example, unusually large deposits or withdrawals). This can delay or prevent a transaction where required by law or where fraud is suspected.
7. Acknowledgement
By participating you acknowledge that you have read and understood these risks, that no specific outcome is promised, and that you accept responsibility for your decision to deposit and participate.
