These Terms govern your use of the FX Growing platform operated by [Company Legal Name], Nepal. By registering or using the platform you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. Please read them carefully.
1. What FX Growing is
FX Growing is software that records a user's deposits to a virtual wallet (each verified manually by an administrator against a real bank transfer or QR payment), tracks investments in packages, and records monthly returns and multi-level income as a strict append-only ledger. The platform is a record-keeping and administration system; it is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, securities dealer, or investment adviser, and it does not itself trade or invest your funds.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in Nepal, and you must provide accurate identity information (KYC) where required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. One account per person: multiple, duplicate, or sock-puppet accounts are prohibited and may be closed.
3. Deposits
Deposits are credited to your wallet only after an administrator verifies the corresponding real-world payment against the proof you upload. Minimums, maximums and daily limits are shown at the time of deposit and are set by the currently active platform configuration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment proof you submit; fraudulent or altered proofs are prohibited.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals require verified KYC and an active account. Requests are reviewed by administrators and paid off-platform to the payout details you provide. A withdrawal reserves your available balance when requested; any applicable fees or taxes are shown at the time of the request. Large transactions may be subject to additional review before payment.
5. Earnings & the 3× cap
Monthly returns, generation (level) income, matching bonuses and rank rewards are governed by the platform configuration in effect at the time and are recorded to the ledger when credited. Total lifetime earnings are bounded by a hard cap of three times (3×) your invested capital; once the cap is reached, further earnings stop. Any figures displayed before an amount is credited are provisional and may change.
6. Referral & placement structure
The platform records a referral (sponsor) relationship and a binary placement position for each user. You must not misrepresent the platform, promise specific returns to prospective users, or attempt to manipulate the referral or placement structure. Income from the structure is determined solely by the recorded ledger and the active configuration.
7. Prohibited conduct & enforcement
Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent proofs, money laundering, abuse of other users, automated scraping or attacks, and attempts to manipulate balances, the cap, or the referral/placement structure. We may freeze or close an account, withhold or reverse improperly obtained credits, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your own breach, from inaccurate information you provide, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version you accepted at registration is recorded against your account. Where an update is material we will make the new version available on this page; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
10. Governing law, disputes & contact
